01 / In Your Corner · Private coaching
You've built the life you planned. More of the same isn't the answer.
Who it's for
On paper it's working. You're good at what you do and you've built a lot. But somewhere along the way it went a bit flat, and you're tired of pretending it hasn't. You could keep going exactly as you are and keep getting exactly what you've been getting. Some part of you wants more: more joy, more connection, more of yourself.
Most people I work with arrive curious about breathwork or performance. What they really want is the deeper work. For six months I'm in your corner, across all of it: your mind, your body, your relationships and what drives you.
The people I work with aren’t defined by age or job. What they share is that they value growth, honesty and connection, and they’re ready to go deeper than another framework.
Where we work
Mental
A quieter head. We look at the stories you run on and the inner critic that drives you, then build the habit of stepping back from them. Coaching, meaning-centred work and simple daily practices you can actually keep.
Emotional
Feeling what's there instead of managing it. Breath and body-based work to let go of what you've been holding, so you can name what you feel, know what you need and say it out loud.
Relational
How you show up with the people who matter most. We work through the patterns that play out in conflict and closeness, and practise the honest conversations you've been putting off.
Six months from now
- 1A quieter mind, and a body that isn't braced all the time.
- 2You know what you feel and what you need, and you can say it.
- 3You're present with the people you love, not half somewhere else.
- 4You're driven by clean fuel, not dirty fuel. The enthusiasm is back.
- 5Your work matters to you. It just isn't who you are.
What it looks like
One client came to me feeling flat and numb.
They’d built the life they wanted. They were admired at work and had a family they loved, but they were struggling to enjoy any of it and kept coming back to the same question: what’s the point?
Together we found a relentless inner critic running the show. They learned to quiet it and to tune into what they actually felt. The habits they’d used to numb out fell away, and they became far more present with the people they love.
They didn’t have to leave the job they thought they’d have to leave. They started enjoying the life they already had. Very little changed on paper. Their life just became a lot more alive.
Why me
Nothing you tell me will shock me. I've probably lived a version of it.
19 years in this work. More than 20,000 clients, 120+ breathwork facilitators trained across 20+ countries, 250+ live workshops and five bestselling books. A few business failures too, and they taught me more than the wins. Along the way: an MSc in Exercise and Nutrition Science, body and breath-based therapies, life and relationship coaching, and emotional and dream work. Outside the work: a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and eight high-altitude mountaineering expeditions.
